We seek out not only people who are actively seeking new positions, but also people who are not currently looking but may be intrigued by a new opportunity.

As responses filter back from interested candidates, we schedule in-depth prescreen calls with each potential candidate. For qualified candidates, we will provide you with the resume and candid, detailed candidate notes that encompass work experience, compensation, personal attributes, and why they would potentially be a fit for your position. We offer comparisons between candidates and confer with you to determine who you would like to pursue further.

The next step in the process is the interview. Different clients have different needs. Some prefer to begin the process with phone interviews due to location or time restrictions, while others prefer to move forward with on-site interviews. Along with that, we will also send you a detailed client update that includes a summary of our progress for the week and any issues that we have encountered.
