Welcome to our series of videos. Within each video, we will try to explain some of the things that make us unique in the recruitment world. We take a very client centric approach to our industry and we hope that these videos can explain our philosophy in a straightforward way. We think our approach is different from the mainstream and this may help you to decide whether we are right for your firm. Recruiting vendors are not a commodity. When you give a project to a recruiting firm, that firm is your voice to the public. We never forget that we represent you and we act accordingly.

In our first video, Jeff Zinser, Founder and Principal of RR, explains our primary philosophy and the goal of finding the best candidate for our clients, not simply the convenient one. Hear his methodology on providing clients with the highest level of service at a reasonable cost. Each video in this series will walk you through a different step in our process. It will help you understand how we can be a “one stop shop” for our clients, filling jobs in multiple disciplines, in multiple locations, seamlessly and efficiently.

Some quick background and overview- Jeff established Right Recruiting in 2003 after a 20 year career with more traditional recruiting firms. It’s easy to say that he wanted Right Recruiting to be better. In this video he will explain what that means to you as a potential client. He decided to focus on new ways to do a better job for clients and not just duplicate existing recruiting models.

What differentiates Right Recruiting centers on one overriding principal. We are committed to finding the best candidate for the job, not the one that is convenient for us. Please think about what that means to you. Our goal is not to talk you into hiring a marginal candidate. Our goal is to find you the right candidate, the one that meets the spec and who wants your job. Right Recruiting works very hard on each and every project to achieve that goal.

This series of short videos will walk you through every step of our process and explain our methodologies, and the how and why we do what we do. Recruiting is not rocket science. It combines three elements: effort, data and communications. As you watch your way through these videos, you will get a sense how we combine those three elements for our clients.

The final video in the series will offer a pleasant surprise to prospective clients. In it we will explain to you how Right Recruiting can simultaneously provide you with better service while saving you money. We build a fee structure for each client based on volume of work, client size and depth of the relationship. That individual approach is to your benefit. As an example, in 2018, for a growing client, we added 9 people with compensations totaling $1,100,000 for an aggregate cost of 11% in fees.
