Our client is a growing mid-sized consumer products manufacturer interested in strengthening their E-Commerce efforts. This position will manage web marketing efforts for specific products/regions and will work closely with the Director and other marketing departments to maximize their E-Commerce effort, form both a client/consumer and internal aspect. Our client is seeking an experienced marketing pro (3+ yrs) with a strong background in formal e-commerce marketing methodologies and policies. The company is a growing manufacturer of specialized medical equipment and this location is one of four manufacturing facilities. This position will be a vital part of the upper management team and report directly to the Director of Sales/Marketing. Your duties will encompass a range of responsibilities, including all marketing and planning tasks for a current line of products, as well as a developing product line. We seek individuals who demonstrate excellent communication and strategic skills as you will interface daily with virtually all departments. The ideal candidate will be tracked to move into an executive role as the division expands. BA/BS Marketing required with at least 5+ years of marketing experience within the manufacturing industry. Candidates must demonstrate strong tactical skills to ensure both revenue and market growth.
Industrial Sales, Pottstown Area Our client, based in the Pottstown area, is seeking candidates for a newly created Industrial Sales position. This position will be an essential addition to the sales team, as well as a key player in the sales/business development area. Your territory will include multiple states and require travel up to 50% of your time, although you will be based at the Pottstown headquarters and utilize strong inside sales skills to identify and connect with new clients and strengthen these relationships with scheduled meetings throughout your region. You will be directly responsible for enhancing sales, either directly or through distributor and be in charge of hiring/signing all new representatives and distributors. BS/BA required with 3+ years sales experience with an exposure to industrial products. Strong supervisory skills are a must as the position will be part of the managerial team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to sell highly-technical and specialized products used for a variety of distinctive applications.
