Executive Search
Unlike the Professional Search jobs listed below, I don’t think it’s helpful posting most executive jobs on our web site. The specs are too nuanced to list in a paragraph. Executive search, both to us and to a good candidate, should be more about a long-term relationship than about applying for a specific job. If you’ve read through this site you should have a sense of who we are by now. We’d love to speak with you as a potential candidate for current and future assignments. To help you evaluate whether we can help, below I’ve listed some searches we’ve completed over the past year. If this is your world, don’t hesitate to call.

Professional Search
In this division, we do list some of our current, active jobs. This is not a comprehensive list and we try to update it every 2 weeks or sooner. It’s important to realize that when we first get assignments we reach out to people already in our database before we post any job. After all, these are people whom we already know and who have taken the trouble to contact us proactively. While the jobs below are open, if your approach to a job search is to sit back and only send a resume when you see “perfect” jobs, you run two risks:
1) You may never get to see the perfect job. It may never be posted. It may be filled by someone already on file.
2) You may respond to a posting after we’ve made initial submittals and the client may not want to see more people.
In other words, I appreciate and understand why some people rely on postings as a trigger to send a resume. But you might help yourself by asking, instead, if Right Recruiting is likely to have the right job for you in the future as well.
