In this section of the web site we will explain our fees and, more importantly, we will explain what we will do to actually earn them. Many recruiting firms play a game of chicken with fees. They will quote a high figure or a high percentage and make you negotiate down. The experience can be unpleasant, much like buying a car and having the salesperson keep walking into the manager’s office playing a little kabuki dance of negotiation. Well, I don’t like charades. I’d rather spend my time filling jobs.
