Inside Sales / Industrial Products, Lancaster Area Job/Client Information: We have been retained by a growing Lancaster area manufacturer to fill multiple openings in their Inside Sales group. Our client is an international firm that manufactures a wide variety of specialized industrial products. Inside Sales serves as a training ground for promotion into other areas of the company. These positions will involve supporting outside salespeople nationally and internationally, responding to client questions about product features and specifications and some pro-active client contact. THIS IS NOT A TELEMARKETING JOB. These positions will require you to answer complex questions from engineers and Plant Managers at client companies and will involve co-ordination with internal engineers in Applications and Product Development Engineering. Requirements: Our client would like either a BS/BA degree with 0-2 years experience or someone with 3+ years of sales experience with some college who is looking to transition to a sales career with a good local company. We need strong communications skills and a high energy level. Any provide sales experience combined with exposure to mechanical or technical issues would be a plus.
